Fare and trip scope

Fare may vary depending on distance, route, toll, parking, night travel, waiting time, passenger count and vehicle category. Final trip costing is confirmed before travel whenever reasonably possible.

Customer responsibility

Customers should share accurate pickup details, timing, route information and contact details. Delays caused by incomplete information may affect service timing.

Vehicle substitution

In case of operational necessity, an equivalent or suitable alternate vehicle may be provided.
